Brand Data
Brand Data keeps your company details and logos in one place. Use them anywhere in Elementor as dynamic tags, and change them once to update every page.
The fields
Name and logos
Your company name, and a dark and a light logo.
Contact
Phone, mobile number, email, fax and address.
Social and links
Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp and another website.
Save your details
1. Fill in the fields
Enter the details you need. Leave the others empty.
2. Choose your logos
Select Choose Media for each logo. Logo Dark is for light backgrounds, Logo Light for dark ones.
3. Save
Select Save Details.
There is no import step: your details are ready in Elementor as soon as you save them.
Use them in Elementor
1. Pick a field
Edit a field that supports dynamic tags, such as a heading's text or an image.
2. Open its dynamic tags
Find the Brand Details group.
3. Choose a detail
Pick the one you want, such as Company/Brand Name or Logo Light.
Change a value in Brand Data later, and every tag that uses it updates.
Rename a tag
Each field's label is its tag's name in Elementor. To rename it, hover over the label and select the edit icon, or double-click it. Press Enter to keep the new name or Escape to cancel, then select Save Details. Clear a label to bring back its original name.
Start over
The reset icon at the top of Brand Data brings back the V4 Studio defaults after you confirm. Your images stay in the media library.
Common questions
Which logo goes where?
Logo Dark is for light backgrounds, and Logo Light is for dark ones.
Can I leave fields empty?
Yes. A field you clear stays empty; V4 Studio doesn't fill it in again.
Does Brand Data move to another site with an export?
Its text and links do. A custom logo isn't in the file, so choose it again on the new site.
