Yes. V4 Studio is free to use, with no time limit or locked features. A Pro version with more advanced tools is in development: join the early access list.
Not for most of it. A few classes are for Elementor Pro widgets, such as form fields. To use everything, we recommend Elementor Pro.
Elementor with its V4 editor. V4 Studio is tested with Elementor 4.3.
Open V4 Studio once in your WordPress admin. The first visit adds its variables and classes to Elementor.
Administrators. Other users don't see it in the admin menu.
Its own settings are removed, including Brand Data. The variables and classes already in Elementor stay there, because they belong to Elementor.
Yes. Edit them in Variables, then select Import Variables. Everything that uses them updates.
Yes. Add a rule to a category's editor in Classes, then select Import Classes. Use a simple class selector, with at most one state such as :hover.
No. Values you change, including fields you clear, are kept on later visits.
Yes. Export it from Import / Export, then import the file on the other site.
